Definitions
The following definitions apply to these General Warranty Terms & Conditions and all applicable Product-specific Warranty Policies, unless otherwise specified in the relevant Product Warranty Policy.
- Company: Sterling Sites.
- Customer: The original purchaser of the product.
- Authorized Dealer: A sales channel officially approved by the Company to sell the Company’s products.
- Authorized Service Centre: A service facility officially approved by the Company to inspect, repair, or process warranty claims, where applicable.
- Invoice / Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice or receipt issued by an authorized dealer.
- Warranty Period: The period during which a product is covered under warranty, commencing from the invoice date. The applicable warranty duration is specified in the relevant Product Warranty Policy.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, design, and workmanship under normal use. The applicable warranty period, product coverage, operating conditions, and any product-specific limitations are set out in the relevant Product Warranty Policy.
Eligibility
Warranty is valid from the original invoice date and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified in the applicable Product Warranty Policy. Products must be purchased through an authorized dealer or approved sales channel. A valid purchase invoice is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty Resolution
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and technical evaluation by the Company or its Authorized Service Centre, where applicable. At its sole discretion, the Company may repair, replace the defective product or component, or provide an equivalent replacement where repair is not feasible.
Warranty Conditions
Products must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the Company’s instructions and used under normal operating conditions.
Site Service
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, electrical or environmental factors, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts, unless specifically covered under the applicable Product Warranty Policy.
Warranty Exclusions

Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or components and shall not exceed the original purchase price. The Company is not liable for labour charges, installation or removal costs, transportation expenses, or any indirect or consequential losses.
Replacement Policy
Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. Replaced products or components become the property of the Company.
Policy Updates & Consumer Rights
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. These terms do not affect any rights provided under the applicable Consumer Protection Regulations, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the country of purchase, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
Disclaimer: These General Warranty Terms & Conditions apply to all eligible STG products. Product-specific warranty periods, service models, exclusions, and operating conditions are provided in the respective Product Warranty Policies. Where there is any inconsistency, the applicable Product Warranty Policy shall prevail for matters specific to that product category.
Warranty methods, including on-site support or return of the product through the authorized dealer or distributor, vary by product and country. Eligible products will be repaired, serviced, or replaced in accordance with the applicable Product Warranty Policy.
